Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on:

- Order weight and volume

- Selected shipping method

All prices displayed on our website include applicable VAT, unless stated otherwise.

No additional customs duties apply for shipments within the European Union.

7. Delivery Issues

7.1 Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Lip Store is not responsible for delivery delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

 

7.2 Delayed or Lost Shipments

We will investigate the issue with the carrier and assist you accordingly

 

7.3 Damaged Packages

If your package arrives visibly damaged:

- Please document the damage (photos recommended)

- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

 

8. Split Shipments

9. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to:

- Failed delivery attempts
